Odd Question For The Ladies

it took me awhile to figure mine out - big red dents - its that every few years/a decade? my bra size (not the cup size) goes up to the next number. From 32B I'm now 36B. And I'm not any heavier. I guess its just re distributing itself.
Infected lymph nodes are warm and painful in a whole different way and don't go away if you go bra less (think snug tshirt under regular shirt). that was from a spider bite on my hand, cleared up, but scary.

If you drink alot of sodas, that can be a problem too! I got pretty sore for awhile, lucky I had an OB/Gyn appointment around the same time. She said that alot of caffeine can do it. It makes the nodules swell. I cut waaay back and haven't had a problem since. And I also agree with everyone about a good fitting bra.

Edited for dyslexic spelling

I had a bra that left bruises on my sides where the ends of the wires hit. I freaked out until I noticed they were on both sides, and where they were, lined up the bra, and ta-dah! I understand the freaking out thing! But if the pain coincides with the purchase of the new bra, I'd guess that's the culprit. For sure don't mess around though, go back to the old raggedy one for a few days and if they pain goes away, great. If it doesn't, PLEASE see a Dr. right away! Good luck!

Oh this is so great... I mean, not that so many of us are dealing with this crud (I swear bras were designed by men as torture devices for women, but if you don't wear them you have your busts and navel touching so not fair) but that others spoke up so I can breathe.

There's no redness or anything at the sorespot, but the band did leave a band... I thought that was pretty common... anyone else seen Calendar Girls... took theirs off early so no lines in the photos... anywho... bummer that my rib cage is getting bigger... already barrel chested without a lot topside to balance it... *sigh* this getting older stuff sucks like a hoover.

THey last that well?
I am bookmarking that site!

They really do!

And they're customizable, so the elastic band will stay around your rib cage and the straps never fall down. They're very comfortable.

Years ago I had discussed breast tenderness (constant, not just around 'that time') with a natural medicine counselor. She told me that a lot of times it can be caused from a hormone imbalance. Try googling it, there is lots of info on it.

That makes sense, especially when you consider that tenderness is a common symptom of That Time and of Pregnancy.

I'ma have to deal with cutting back on the caffeine too, that's definitely a weakness of mine.

Get your adrenal function checked. Caffiene addiction is the biggest sign! Which would also indicate thyroid issues, hence an imbalance of hormones.
