If it was me, I would breed her to a Black Rooster.
Breeding a Black Rooster to a Splash Hen will give you Blue Offspring.
Then you could Breed the Blue pullets back to there father (the Black Rooster) from that cross you will get 50% Blue, 50% Black off spring.
Then take your best cockerel and breed him back to his mother (the Splash Hen) from that cross you will get 50% Blue, 50% Splash.

By breeding to a Black Rooster you know get Blue, Black and Splash to breed...

Do you have a pic of a nice black that you were talking about. I would like to know all my options.... The Fawn silver is a cool color brown, but has a red face, so would that not work with her?

The other route you could go is.
Get a Black Mottled Rooster and cross him with your Splash hen.
Out of this cross you should get Blue offspring. Now if you take the pullets cross them back to there father (the Mottled Rooster) you should get-
Blue, Blue Mottled, Black, and Black Mottled offspring..

Ok here is another question... is there a way to bring out the brownish color of her neck in the offspring? And if so what would I breed her to? She is more creamy/brownish then she is white/blackish if that makes sense

Any suggestions with pics?? I really appreciate your input!
