"Is he always this stupid and vague?"Migraine
Nic got up slowly, his migraine was getting better but he was still a bit naseous. "Tobias, most of us think that you could be a key to getting these dragons out. Don't ask me how, I don't know. But you've got potenial."
"I'm sorry.I didn't mean to be oblivious. My collar doesn't do that and I've never experianced anything different."
Eclipse flicked her tail dismissively at the Nightwing. "It's fine," she murmured, her attention shifting back to the humans. She listened for a moment before chiming in. "You said that the breakout wasn't scheduled for another two weeks? Sol should be recovered enough by then to help. Only if, however, Tobias is actually planning on being a decent amount involved in this.""Is he always this stupid and vague?"
"Aye, mostly stupid." Roe smiled. "August, we need.. money," Tobias' expression noticably shifted, and Roe winced, "and we need someone who can.. get their voice heard around here."
"How much money?"
Roe swallowed uncomfortably. "A lot. The more sickly dragons we can transport before the breakout date, the better."
Tobias sighed. "I can do money. I don't want to head anything up or get too involved. I can't risk that much. Sol needs me right now."
Tobias nodded slowly. "Yeah... Yea. You down, Eclipse? Dred? Shrike, Kapok? Gimmie your thoughts."Eclipse flicked her tail dismissively at the Nightwing. "It's fine," she murmured, her attention shifting back to the humans. She listened for a moment before chiming in. "You said that the breakout wasn't scheduled for another two weeks? Sol should be recovered enough by then to help. Only if, however, Tobias is actually planning on being a decent amount involved in this."
"Anything to get out of this death pit," Eclipse snorted, but despite her tone, her wings twitched with excitement. It was starting to look like she might not be forced to accept the idea of imprisonment forever, after all.Tobias nodded slowly. "Yeah... Yea. You down, Eclipse? Dred? Shrike, Kapok? Gimmie your thoughts."
Kapok squared his shoulders and fixed Tobias with a determined look, his eyes glinting with excitement.Tobias nodded slowly. "Yeah... Yea. You down, Eclipse? Dred? Shrike, Kapok? Gimmie your thoughts."
Helios smiled, moving his jaw and settling the keys neatly beneath his tongue. “Yes we will, but I have to find my son first…and quite a few dragons that are here because of me.” He replied, hearing Sunspot shift and glancing toward her. “Like what, Seawing?”
Dred smiled a big toothy smile, his large front fangs resembling tusks now that he was closer. “Rebellions have always been interesting to me. I just never got the chance to join one, sign me up.” He said with a laugh. “Hello Eclipse, The names Dred.”
Crest nodded at the king. Of course we'll get your son. That's why you came here in the first place. He heard rustling in another cage and he looked over at the other solarwings cage. She struggled to get up, but eventually managed it. Their eyes met and he saw a question in them. What do we need to do? He wasn't quite sure yet, so he held off on the silent question while he answered the king's question. "Like what, Seawing?"Sunspot tested her scales again, failing to conjure more than a faint warmth. She growled irritably. She desperately needed to stretch her sore wings. Anything would be better than sitting in this cage, waiting. She slowly struggled to her feet, dizzy but able to stand. She glanced across at Crest, asking a silent question. What do we need to do?
Tobias nodded slowly. "Yeah... Yea. You down, Eclipse? Dred? Shrike, Kapok? Gimmie your thoughts."
“Kapok says yes,” Shrike said evenly, “I, on the other hand, and would rather skip the chit-chat an get to the part where we actually escape this place.”Kapok squared his shoulders and fixed Tobias with a determined look, his eyes glinting with excitement.
