I tried to upload it on shrinkpcitures.com, but it tells me "this file is not an image we can process" ?

It says the image type is WMF... ??

Speaking of avatars......please put your flashlights back!! We were only good naturedly teasing you in chat that night a couple of weeks ago about the flashlishts!! That is how we associate you with this board, they were different and kinda cool, so my vote is for you to put them back! I think a rose by any other name is still a flashlight, lol!!
