Okay, y'all have to pray for me this weekend. I have to take the boys and DH school shopping. HOWEVER, I don't need the kind of prayers you're thinking I need. I need the kind of prayers where I don't come home totally flat-butt broke from taking the male fashionistas into clothing stores. Shoes! Hats! Jeans! Coats! Shirts! Pajamas! Necklaces!

I'm glad they all like to look nice, but I could use a better-paying job to afford them.

DCFS lady just left and I passed with flying colors. She said, "WOW! I bet your happy."



....why yes, yes I am....I told her I was going to focus on the silver lining about all of this...and that is...my house is clean.

maple, I'm glad everything went well with the DCFS lady!

Ducky, I remember back in the day when my mom would tell us we each had $100 to take shopping for school clothes. I don't think that will even buy school supplies now! My kids aren't really what I would call fussy - they just have too good an eye for clothing that will look great on them. And a weak mother who will pay for it.
