I would continually fertilize back there. Like. Once a week. Fresh bag of cow poop from the store. Nice and stinky. Niiiiiice and stinky. Maybe even throw a midweek chicken poop on the pile.

If you see cars hovering as though for a gathering at the demon's house, go throw a few extra bags out.

Grill fish weekly. Once again, you need a good fan just pointed at their place. Its not that you are blowing the stank AT them. You are just blowing it AWAY from you. See?

That is why you need a good fan. The smell is going away from you. And just happens to be going towards them.

I have a neighbor who constantly is burning trash or leaves. He always burns his leaves in piles right at the property line and the smoke always blows my way. Annoying. Hint hint.
