if we were close, I'd send DH to fix the brakes on your car, super easy to do.

Aw thanks Algea, I actually have a super neighbor who will do it most of the time, but he's been busy farming lately, and he said that the front brakes on my nissan are harder than normal and will run much more $$$. He did the back ones a couple of months ago for $50, but the front ones are going to be around $275. I also need to get the suspension linkages in the front replaced and a belt done....

Holy expensive brakes, Batman! Is it just brake pads you need?

x 2. Geesh, is that pads and rotors?

The ONLY way DP males are worth the processing is if you caponize them. But they be tasty then!

Yeah, if you can't process at home, probably shouldn't try caponizing. Just get the CornishX and call it good.

He only looks like a bloodthirsty pirate.

In reality, he's the guy who will hold the horse while I do an IV injection as long as he can be looking the other way.

Yet he can hunt and clean a deer or grouse no problem. Go figure.

DH can't caponize either. I, on the other hand, have no problem doing that. Then I make the kids process the birds for me.
