Ahhh a little dictator in the making. He must be the two year old. I work in preschool. 2-4 = dictators (or so they think)

I start another long term job for the month of October more or less one on one with such a little dictator. He is such a disruption to the class that they are hiring me until they can figure out what to do with him.

I have worked in the class before and they know I can handle this child, so they called me yesterday and I start Monday.

Mom refuses to see he has issues and says his problems are because the teacher is too nice. "He doesn't act this way at home."

That's because at home he has no rules and can do what he wants, when he wants and when he is naughty she sends him to his room where he has a TV with cable. ( We think she locks him in there )

Sigh and we wonder where all these punk - mule bratty older kids come from.

Sorry - had to vent because I truly feel bad for the direction this child's life is headed when something could be done now while he is young.

I am already sitting here working on some social stories for him about appropriate behaviors.
