I was a Realtor for years, trust me G, she has a good idea already. She won't be surprised or shocked by anything she sees at your house. She's seen worse, I can almost guarentee it, unless she's very new. No worries, no judgements will be made on this visit, unless maybe you have ugly wall colors that need to be painted over.

Thanks chelle, that makes me feel better. It's the main floor where we threw and brought down so much "clutter" that I'm trying to sort through right now. My friend says box it and sort it at the new house...it's just theres so much, I'd like to sort through some. G, if you can make the decision as fast as you grab it, then great, do it, if you hesitate or think about it, in the box it goes. I don't know what your time line is, but the longer you linger over it the more exhausting it is for you. You have enough irons in the fire, it won't kill you to move it to the next house so you can rest in between sessions. BUT you have to commit to going through at least one box a week, one a day would be better, but tell us how you plan to sort through the rest so we can hold you accountable. Trust me, I'm part hoarder, it's easier to get to it if you have to answer to someone. I've got a big pile started on the front porch for give away. The garage isn't emptied yet and I've got things in there that I'm going to try to sell for some extra cash...it'd help me if I could get something to help pay down my utilities...although it won't cover them. sigh.... But every little bit helps, baby bites G, baby bites

I've never dealt with a dog in heat. What should I expect? You have a leash for outside, right? My dog has more trouble holding it when she's in heat so we make more frequent trips outside.

Nice cake, Happy Birthday Michelle!

Funny poo nammies in the bathroom.

Maple, one corner at a time, one box at a time.
Its hard, but you can do it!
Try not to look at it all at once, just one pile at a time.

Oh, and I clicked on that ewww thread, too, ewww

That thread is disgusting? Huh? Did I miss something? Or am I immune to disgusting now having a bunch of small boys running around my house, so everything half dead and rotten is brought in going "Hey Mom, look at THIS!"

September 12th. Woohoo, fun. I get to be crazy huge pregnant in the middle of summer.

With the little one, I was 7.5 months preggers during the AZ Monsoon season. Can you say, "super swelling"?

Then we had a big storm rip through, and we lost power for 3 days.

117 degrees, 80% humdity, and me 225 pounds of retained water.

I'm ignoring that. My pregnant hormones are saying that's a threat. But I know Laree really loves me, she sent me a cow.

We'll be at 95 degrees, 93% humidity in August. If we lose power, I will beat you.

No threat. Just a gang-sign chest bump.

You one-up me because there are two babies in there. And like, 15 others at home.

8. Only 8. And by the time these 2 are here, one will have moved out.
