Good job Belle!
What's your weight loss plan? I need motivation. Or my jaw wired shut.
I've just been counting calories. I got a free app for my iPod that adds them all up for me. I need to start some sort of excercise plan. DH does P90X and it's done wonders for him, but it looks a bit too intense for me.
Nonsense, You are an amazingly strong woman. All those feed bags and buckets of water are at least as strenuous as a workout. P90X is 13 disks, the one I was doing on your back porch is the Kenpo which is like kick boxing, and my very favorite, It's a good cardio that doesn't make you sore. The Yoga is the hardest.
Also, when I restart my P90X after not doing it for awhile, I go at MY pace. The first time I did it I could only manage 6 push-ups, so I did 6 and moved on. The next day I did 7, and I increased gradually so as not to get too sore. Not being able to move is NOT an option for me, too many critters to care for.
