Children 7 and under are not allowed home alone.
8 and up have different rules... Lars is 7, Danno is 6.
I keep thinking they are 7 and 9 for some reason.
Still, I can't imagine----I am conflicted here. I would never allow my kids home alone at 7. Maybe 9 or 10.
But sis and I were FINE most of the time, so long as we had neighbors we could go to in an emergency. Except for that time we set the carpet on fire, or the summer we spent stealing aluminum cans out of other people's back yards. Or that whole circus incident--but we healed up nicely.
Maybe girls really ARE different than boys?
I think that Lars would be ok home for an hour alone. He'd have a phone and knows my number by heart. the neighbors are always home, on both sides of us. I wouldnt let him watch daniel tho, that's a whole 'nother kettle of fish.
