Looking at two difference sources, I come up with 1400 to 1800 sq ft if I assume the house part is a two story. plus an attached garage.

HECK- you only have 4 birds and babies, right? I offer to house your birds if you have a chance of moving. I have an open pen. Free of charge--but you'll have to come help me clean the coops when it cools down.

What makes this funnier is that she does look enough like me where people think she's my daughter (she looks more like me that he does). Good sport she is she said "that's ok your mom is married".
