You know with your diagnosis it would be in your best interest to clean up your diet. Get away from the fast "food", processed foods, sugar etc. Don't want to sound grump but, you can do a lot to help yourself by going organic and eating right. The end. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

I was diagnosed PCOS in 2004, but I seem to have reversed it because I had no symptoms of it when I got pregnant with Jacob last year. First, my doc checked my insulin levels, not just my blood sugar (which always tested normal), but my insulin levels (which were extremely high). So she put me on Metformin to bring those levels down, which worked beautifully. Then I was told I needed to cut out simple sugars and white carbs - ooooooooh I was highly resistant to that! I finally did it and lost 60lbs, still have about 20 to go. Now I have no more PCOS symptoms and no more side effects.

And I have 9 lbs of tomatoes to can. And 6 pounds of apples and pears! And stuff to make peanut brittle.

I have a flat of pears left to do. Shredding them tonight and canning with lime and ginger

How? Got- recipe?

Good for you Belle. I know giving up the sugar and the white carbs was hard. You have done great, a 60 pound weight loss is fantastic!

He's adorable, Dac! How big was he? He looks big for newborn! Is that your son with him?

He's 8 pounds 4 ounces, a big baby. That's his big brother and my son-in-law.
