Mine is awful. Did you know Stanley Steemer will steam clean your car for you if you're having your carpets in the house done? It was only like $40. I need to get that done again.

We don't have Stanley Steemer around here. Our shop is right next door to Servicemaster, but I don't think they do cars.

Ask. The car looks brand new when they do it! My van has leather seats, so I took all those out and cleaned them myself. Then I cleaned the dash, cupholders and the bolts that hold the seats in. They did the carpets and it looked sooooo nice! I don't know when I'll be able to do it again, but it needs it!

To each his own. Hope you put some clothes on before you visit your neighbors.

My neighbor was getting her mail and accidently locked herself out. She needed me to call her husband to come home and open the door. I invited her in, but her dogs were out and she wanted to stay with them.

Going to. The SUV has leather seats also, and those are easy peasy to wipe clean. The carpets however??? We've even done the home carpet cleaning deals, but ugh. Between 10 kids and 5 dogs, the formerly light gray carpets are dark brown dirt.

Which is a whole nutter issue - why do they make light colored carpet for cars???? Why don't they do dirt color????

Why do they even PUT carpet in cars? Why not just put some foam sound barrier under rubbing flooring? It would make me VERY happy.
