Good morning. So tired today. Husband sick and super snoring, kiddos sick and coughing, little kiddo coughing himself awake, crying all night, or kicking like a ninja tasmanian devil. The MIL is not sleeping, and spends her night driving around the house in her scooter doing lord knows what, and the BIL is a snorer too.

I tried sleeping in the living room, but the little kiddo followed me. I also learned all my roos are crowing now, at like 4 am. crumbum.

So, I am cranky, and tired, and covered in bruises.

Anybody got an aspirin and some coffee they want to send my way?

Much to DH's dismay!

The 4 in the family room are getting more active and therefor dusty. Going to have to get them out of there soon. That would've been the advantage in getting you your birds, LH: I could rearrange the others and put the teens in with Orion's babes. Oh well...

I have eggs scheduled to hatch this weekend. Shipped, had 9 of 12, then 6 of 12, now down to 5 of 12.
Also have several of the lavender's eggs in there, staggered hatching all next week and then more 3 weeks from now.

I think fuzzibuttitis is fun, and am glad a cure hasn't been found

It is terribly contagious though....



Laree, sorry you have a siclkly house and have had no rest. Hope that doesn't lead to a sickly Laree...


If you want to see a really freaky movie, anyone, go see Black Swan. I do think Ms Portman deserves a reward for that role! Wow!!

I'm getting revved up to get/hatch some chicks this spring. DH says we are not getting another dog but I can expand my chicken operations to my heart's content (he doesn't know what he's getting into here) so I'm plotting on how to turn one of the doghouses into another little chicken coop. It's already fully insulated but will need a pop door, roost and some legs...

Waiting for Mrs. dacs to get off facebook so we can start putting the kids books into piles in preparation for getting them out of the house. That means the kids have responded with their wants. Now we have to resolve their duplicate wants. Hope to get the list out to my friends soon.
