That'd be my cute neighbor spyin in my windows. Last night I plated some of my roast I cooked in a crock pot...fall apart on your fork, wedge onion, red potatoes, celery, carrots...and brought some to him and his dad and his 2 lil boys. He had parked in my drive the night before after he was able to come home from work at the farm after 2 days of blizzard conditions with the roads being impassable and closed, so he could go snowblow his drive. So when I delivered the roast he told me he saw me fixin potatoes and asked me if it was for the roast? And I just smiled and said, "Yeah."

oh and boo....it always works that way....help comes after you're done. Just goes to show ya, you're a tough ol broad. ha ha ha ha...that's what my dad used to say. Funny how I just remembered my dad sayin that.




oh batty....you've got no choice but to last as long as it takes. It's really really hard...really REALLY REALLY hard, I know. Hang in there and if you need to talk on the phone we can always pm each other numbers. I'll be willing to listen and offer up what I can, a friend who understands, hugs, prayers and any other way if I can see I can help. Ok?

Filed taxes....I'll just have to file an amended return. I know W-2s are supposed to me post marked by the 31st. That was monday. It doesn't take 5 days to get from one side of the state to the other. And Batty needs money.

Pawned wedding bands and last of the old coins I had. Had to sell off my 1824 1/2 dollar.

Anywho, least I won't starve this week. And the horses are good til mid week. Man this sucks.
