Alright kids, calm yourselves. Apparently my new save money/eat better thing has made me lose a couple pounds. I weighed 3 lbs less at the doctor the other day......which is not set in stone as the appointment was a different time of day, etc. But I feel like I've lost a couple pounds. So I am saving money AND losing weight. The plan this coming work week is to get up at 7am, go do dog and chicken chores, then hit the elliptical for at least 10 minutes before my shower. I will do 10 minutes a day this week, and bump it up by 5 minutes a week from now on. Which doesn't sound like a lot, but I'm out of shape! 1.5 minutes on that darn thing nearly killed me last time, so 10 minutes is going to kill me. KILL.
I want to lose 17 pounds! And then i will readdress and see whether to stop there or lose more. I've gained about 45lbs total in the last year or so.....but was too skinny before. So I need to find a happy medium!
