Reminds me of a story called "white mice". Basically a racist teacher with a poor grasp of Spanglish who is teaching a Mexican class with a little girl named "America". Every day she brings in a bowl of soup for lunch. He asks her what she is eating and she says, "White Maize Sopa"---which of course, sounds like "White Mice Soup".

Me, had been off work for a month, July I get 52 hours for the month
Aug 5 I start back to work, but won't get a paycheck till Sept 30.
I think that means I have no financial statement
