I am working on my weight loss, too. I'm eating smaller portions and I'm working on not eating so much fast food. I've also been excercising more, although I need to get back into that. And I've lost about 7 pounds! *dances like a loon*
Helpful hint for the day: Drink a glass of water and eat a small lean meal (100 calories or so, a couple eggs is great) within the first 30-60 minutes you are awake and you will burn more calories throughout the entire day.
