In all seriousness this 40lb weight gain has given me some serious, um.....BARGAINING POWER......my boyfriend thinks its hilarious. I very regularly text him to say "oops, boobs just fell out of my dress again".

I obviously fail at life. Hey, a girl has gotta get a raise somehow right?

Maybe you should wear clothing with a higher neckline.

Chickens and Stamping are my two favorite hobbies - my secret is out...

I have a ginormous tackle box full of beads and jewelry supplies. Also a drawer, 1/2 a cabinet, and some boxes and bags stashed here there. DH wants me to go back to collecting beads because they take less space than chickens and they aren't as messy. Until I got chickens he complained about bead clutter.

I also have 1/2 a cabinet full of needle-felting supplies. And a box of count crosstitch stuff. And a whole room's worht of bookcases full of books. He says we could open our own library. he also wants to box them up or sell them. He thinks if you've read them once then you're done with them. Heaven forbid!!!

How many of those books have beem banned? This is Banned Books Week.

I was in high school when the book banning thing really hit the fan. They had them at the school library, but you had to have parental permission to check them out. My mom wrote me a note that said I could read anything I wanted to, that I had sense enough to know if it was a 'good' book or not. I have repeatedly told her how much I appreciated that, all of my life.
