I like the milk chocolate and white chocolate ones. Hate Dark Chocolate. HAAAAATE.

Got 4 big ol chocolate bars from one of our sales guys.....3 dark chocolate and 1 regular. SIGH.

My boyfriend already called dibs. He gets all the dark chocolate lindt balls too.

Sales manager is up here for dinner this evening. We are going to the mexican place down the road and I am getting a platter of guacamole and a monster purple margarita. They are like $15 and the size of a large child. Last time I couldn't even drink the whole thing. That is impressive considering my love of margaritas.

me duuuuck!!!! he flew awaaaay!!!

ok, so just spent a rousing 2 hours doing last touches on the new coop and carrying over all me chickens and ducks and big flippin turkey...good golly he's as heavy as a feed back**oops, bag, cept he flaps and kicks.

orchid...I'm in northern Illinois...near Freeport...smack dab in the middle of the top and 45 min. from the Wisconi border.

Thank you Wegotchickens...about hopin me and my girls feel better. Lil Ava woke up, ran to the bathroom and then stood there with her nighty hiked up and her panties pulled down and standin in a puddle. But that was the only accident today but it still burns she says. Her dr. is making orders for a cath and an ultrasound. A friend told me her dd had that and to demand she be knocked out to insert the cath...and so that's what I'm gonna do. She said but then they have to wake em back up while they put the dye in and watch it go through the kidneys... I don't want her traumatized regarding her little girl parts. I didn't wanna go this route but she's gotten too many infections now to ignore.

And on a lighter note...I had my annual today and let's just say the roads aren't the only thing that is slick. So besides my heart stuff, hypothyroidism, IBS, diveticulitus, roids -yeah, i said it, abdominal hernia--bad turkey!, herniated neck discs, arthritus, and mysterious hip pain...my dr. and I had a little chat this afternoon to talk about the possibility of me having endometreosis and Barrets disease since my sister just got diagnosed with Barrets and telling her my mom, my other sister, and I both get food stuck in our throats just as my sister complained about...some may call this choking.

I call it randomly testing people's first aid.

ok...now back to read what I missed.

your duck didn't like the new coop? did he come back?
my dil had lots of bladder infections when she was small.
ended up being her ureter was connected to the wrong end of the kidney, or something like that.
prayers for your girl.

peeing in a warm tub off water is less burning. whether it be the bathtub or a sitz bath, just burns way less.

Thanks boo. So what had to happen with your dd? surgery?

and my ducks and chickens were sqwauking and flapping when I went in the dark coop and started gathering them up by 2's and 3's and Molly the rambunctious pup didn't help when she ran all crazy alongside me and jumped up and tried to nip at their necks...naughty little puppy!! ok, maybe not so little anymore. So during one of my gatherings...4 ducks ran out the door and "Two-bit" as I call him (I named all my ducks after characters in the movie The Outsiders~ Pony Boy Kurtis, Soda Pop, Cherry Valanz.... and two bit is the smallest since he's a mallard and I think it's funny) but my girls call him "Rubber Ducky."

but anyway...geez, did I get off topic there? So Two-bit and 3 other ducks waddled as fast as they could out of the coop so I wouldn't catch them and he went to flying and I'm pretty sure he went over the fence.

So I walked through 3 yards to get around the fences to get to the person behind me and asked if I could go search their yard and they love me and said yes but I didn't see him...which makes me wonder what if he was hiding in their bushes but being really quite and that's why I didn't see him? I walked all over my yard and surrounding yards...he's never flown far at all before...Just like 7 feet in the air and maybe 30 or so feet. So I left the old coop door open and hope he'll come back and no coyote will get him through the night.

Yea, she had some sort of surgery to connect things in the right places. My dil, not dd, I have all boys.
Then my GD got an infection at 2 months, so they checked her right away for proper kidney functioning,
and they had to put a cathertor in her, a two month old, and I went to the procedure with her, and well poor thing, but she actually handled it very well. They had to tape it in place and then watch the fluids or something, I don't really remember right now, it was a very trying time as she was in the hospital with her infection for a week or so and we were so worried, cuz hers had turned into a blood infection and it was serious. But her kidneys and ureters are all in the right place.

aw...poor thing. Ava's got lots of protein in her urine they said and blood. My poor baby.

maple, your poor daughter.

My sister had all kinds of UT issues when she was a young teenager and I went to all her appts with her. I would highly recommend having your DD sedated for the cath, even for a young teen it was very trying and painful.
