Lori, I am going to Ohio Friday January 21st. If you can get the birds to me least the day before....and LH can meet me off the freeway on my way up, I could take them to her. But they'd have to be in something safe and secure they can stay in overnight as I have nothing open to keep them in and they'd have to say in the extra bedroom in their box overnight.

My back is killing me today. No idea what I did. But..uh...OW. It just feels "tired" like i overdid it .I don't remember overdoing it....maybe all that cleaning of the kitchen cabinets just was too much for me.

I cleaned the pantry out yesterday. DH was so pleased he gave me a 'pass' on cleaning off the diningroom table

He's clearly feeling better. I almost smacked him upside the head this morning. He was being chipper at 6:30am.
I had just awoke from a dream about a skunk eating the heads off all my birds. I was scared to go look in the coop this morningrowing, so I'm sure everyone is okay.

I found food that had expired in 2008. 2008!!! Ridiculous. My kitchen cupboards were so full I had resorted to leaving the last load of groceries on the counter as there was no room for them. Anything 'chewable' goes in the microwave to protect it from Norman the cat. As of yesterday, my huge outside trash can is completely full to where the lid is up a bit, and my cupboards are half empty. I had room to move the microwave stuff in there and everything. The fridge isn't too bad. It stays mostly full of eggs, so there isn't much room for food to be hidden and go bad.

I still need to clean out the "medicine cabinet" above the stove....i think the other half of it is miscellaneous teas and hot chocolate and stuff. Going to swap it with the mostly empty cabinet above the fridge. I keep the paper plates up there, which i use every day...and they are hard to get to. I only go into the "medicine" cabinet maybe once a month...and its easy access. Sigh.
