I am proud of myself right at this moment. A few weeks ago I started meal planning on the weekend before we head to the grocery store, and I write the meals down in my weekly planner. I still have times when I think "what on earth are we going to have for supper tonight" and then I remember that I have it written in my planner AND I have the ingredients I need!
Tonight it's a ham slice, baked sweet potatoes and green beans.
Which means I will have time to go for a run with my Cody dog after I pop the taters in the oven.
