I just went out to the barn to check on my chickens. The broody hen hatched three chicks and from what I can tell they are:

Welsummer x Showgirl
Frizzled EE x Showgirl
Silkie x Showgirl

Those standard hens x showgirl roo's chicks are going to be UGLY! Both of those chicks have the naked neck, black skin, extra toes and feathered legs. Add the standard size, frizzled feathers and probably a crest - oh my!

Christmas this year was part of that previously mentioned sleep-deprived blur of post-baby pocky clips for me, so you might have mentioned it and I was in no state to remember.

I'm glad you liked it! That stamp company went out of business and I'm still really upset over it. I love those stamps!

It was called Graphistamp and it had some very cool nature-type designs that were very dignified. I still have the on of the zebra pair, a down feather (detailed) and one of four finches on a branch.

Also, there was one that had a lot of scripture verse stamps. Good thing I loaded up on them before they tanked.

Was it the penguin stamps that you liked?
