Buffy! Drag me kicking and screaming out of my exercise slump, will you? My back is much better, I need to get back on track now.

Regarding getting back into sweaty behavior (outside the bedroom), start small. Test your back's true state of cured-ness every morning so you don't overdo it.

I myself ate like a big piggy over the weekend and am most decidedly three pounds over the norm and pudgy like the Pillsbury creep. I am in the same boat as you Orchy. We'll get through it together. Remember, the road to happiness and fitness is never a straight line.

Ava does not have strep and her back is sore but fine.

I'm taking a nap...Ava kept me up all night...3 hours of sleep...this mama is exhausted.

DH is out of town this week. As soon as the tail lights were out of sight, I set 30 eggs in the bator.

Then I cleaned our bathroom and washed all his clothes, so I can enjoy the cleanliness unmarred by the man-smells and those little bits of beard shavings in the sink.

Then I went grocery shopping and bought only foods the kids and I like and I spent $60 less than I usually do.






Don't get me wrong, I love the guy, but it's nice to have a break now and then. I'll probably miss him like crazy by the end of the week because I've got 4 kids running around here that I'm solely responsible for.
