DH does the laundry usually. DD does her own.
DH also does the dishes because I can't be trusted to load the dishwasher correctly (

I take care of chickens and torment everyone, plus fix fantastic meals with assistance from DH so that I don't trash the kitchen.

I have DGC 10-ish, DGC 9-ish, DGC almost 4, DGP 3? (from a rescue, age unknown). Plus chickens Not counting those...


I brought a ham & cheese sandwich for lunch, but then someone brought in free pizza. So I had 2 slices and some chickens are getting a ham & cheese sandwich for treats. I am about to have a Hershey's chocolate bar to help motivate me to actually work.

Owner cam in and I was on facebook. Might've been a bad thing, except that he wanted me to look up the Keeneland Races so he could buy/book for the trip....


Um, DH and I have only been apart for 2 whole nights in the 4.5 years we've been married. And he was really upset that we had to be apart for those 2 nights. And called more than once. Personally, I wouldn't mind if he took a trip without me again.

Fine, if we are adding in pets - I am NOT counting the livestock.

DBD 8, DBD 4, DBD 4, DBC 14, DBC 2, DGC 1. We have too many pets inside.

DH and I have been apart for lots of nights since we got married. He worked out of town four days a week for nine months while we built our house, then five days a week for another nine months when our first DS was one. He's been gone quite a few times for technical training over the last 9 years, too. I, on the other hand, rarely go anywhere without him. Last spring I took a trip with some friends to the SD Horse Fair and I thought the man was going to have a meltdown by the time I got back. He missed me so much he even cleaned his half of the closet. Now that's love!

Heh, my job can take me away for weeks at times. So can DH's. Works pretty well, usually.

Oh, I forgot 12 y/os pet rats. There are 2 of 'em, both males.

The drama llamas had a pack meeting for lunch. Wonder what they found to spit over today.
