Judge Judy would make your pay half
As long as your dog is onleash on public property, yep....chomp chomp. No criminal liability. Civil liability is another thing and judges will probably make you pay half. Having said that, a good chomp never hurt anyone. I know of someone who was walking their dog onleash.....a cute little weiner dog came running out of a house barking at them...and their dog killed it in one bite. Whoops.
One time, Toby the old geezer was out front onleash with my dad. Of course, my dad was holding the little poopbag holder thingy instead of the leash handle, so when the neighbors chihuahua came running out into their front yard...Toby lunged towards it, promptly broke the poopbag holder and took off after the chihuahua......last thing I saw from my view was Toby chasing the chihuahua up their driveway around the corner of the house out of sight.
Next thing we know, here comes Toby running back down the driveway, angry chihuahua hot on his heels.
Alright, now that we got that out of the way. Still don't know what is wrong with Norman. Waiting on the results of $160 worth of bloodwork though......he did lose between .5 and.7 of a pound since his last visit 3 weeks ago. Which isn't good. His bladder was full and HUGE while we were there, but the vet took him back and expressed it and said it expressed as normal and the urine looked normal.
Checking phenobarb levels and doing a complete blood panel......did a basic blood panel and thyroid 3 weeks ago (which came back great). Should have the result of that in a day or two.
The vet did say that if the bloodwork is still inconclusive, he would lean towards cancer. So let's hope the bloodwork finally points to something.
