Oh Bother.
Here I was hoping things will be settled!

The citation was thrown out and the township needs to start back at square one.

When I was given the letter of notification, that I was to remove Chickens. They where also to have told me, and given me information on obtaining a Variance, with the town zoning board.

Officer Leskin will be bringing the information by for me today. He believes the next meeting is in September. This is the last of his duties to this incident then.

So all the information I have obtained is still needed, as I will need to plead my case in front of the board.

I think I will offer my services at that time also, to help amend the ordinance ...lol

Sneaky as it may be. lol I may be able to help facilitate my plight.
