Some folks are just having a bad day.... I have had many of those - and then everything you read, comes off in the tone you're FEELING....
I can cause trouble with the best of them

but my personality is not REALLY like that for the most part. I'm shy and a gentle non-confruntational type - but when I'm ANGRY - or someone gets on my nerves - all bets are off - I learned to take care of myself a LONG time ago!

Two thoughts:

It better to be talked bad about than not talked about at all.

I only argue, debate, and fight with people I like. If I don't care for you
I just shut up, ignore you, and stay away.

I explain this to people all the time as to why I won't argue with my boss.
