And also, if personal photos posted by BYC members on BYC threads of their own birds can be used within an article submitted to the contest? The members are no longer active, and so its not possible to ask for their permission. The photos I'm talking about are definitely taken by BYC members of their own birds; their own threads provide the context and proof.
