I think it’s a pretty good kind but still sooo much sugar. I eat horribly. But I think it’s from the lack of movement. The more I think about it, I have gotten like this before when I just sat inside all day and/or ate crap all dayReal jelly is good for you like one made with grapes nothing else... any jelly in the store is mostly sugar and empty calories.
I never get food crashes unless I eat poorly.
