Broken record...GO MOVE!You’re right! And honesty I go back and forth with the diet thing. I was doing better for a bit recently, like when I first set up the Fitbit last week, but then I keep alternating beteeen that and being too lazy or too much of a hurry to cook real food.like the toast, I just wanted a snack before my walk to keep me energized but now I haven’t even gone for the stupid effing walk. I want to be better but my habits are still so shitty. I still routinely eat dinner at like 9 at night or sometimes not at all. Sometimes lately dinner has literally been crackers with peanut butter on them.
