The effects that you are describing along with the lack of any physical activity could just as easily be too high of blood sugar.
Thanks!! This makes a lot of sense!! Maybe I will just cut the toast out completely. That would probably be better.
 
Theoretically I know this but I mostly only ever last a few days or maybe a couple weeks at most before falling back to old ways. :hit

So, like Shannon when ya fall off the wagon... Get back on the next morning. It will get easier every morning. The scientific research that I learned of over a decade ago showed that anything one desired to become a habit requires a minimum of 21 days to become a solid habit. Same gooes for those bad habits. 21 days to become a bad habit as well.
