Real jelly is good for you like one made with grapes nothing else... any jelly in the store is mostly sugar and empty calories.

I never get food crashes unless I eat poorly.
I think it’s a pretty good kind but still sooo much sugar. I eat horribly. But I think it’s from the lack of movement. The more I think about it, I have gotten like this before when I just sat inside all day and/or ate crap all day
 
But if it is sugar low, doesn’t exercise lower blood sugar more? But I’ve only got like 1000steps today
Not exactly accurate. There are variables that are not spoken of and then of course there are weather, emotions, & psychological topics the brain is ruminating over (both consciously & sub-consciously)....

I’m going to say one thing... you’re pre diabetic! Smarten the F UP! Don’t take your health for granted by eating shit just because you can. Just because it’s in the house doesn’t mean you have to eat it! Seriously, don’t f up your health. Take it from me. I’ve been through some serious shit and it wasn’t diet related but still I wasn’t living life like I should... now I’m making up for the lost time where I was in the hospital for almost 2 years missing my kids lives. You might not have kids, but you’re still young. Don’t be an idiot!

Go. Walk. Take a little water for sipping on along the way. Do a few 15-45 minute walks spaced out thru the rest of today.

You’re right! And honesty I go back and forth with the diet thing. I was doing better for a bit recently, like when I first set up the Fitbit last week, but then I keep alternating beteeen that and being too lazy or too much of a hurry to cook real food. :oops: like the toast, I just wanted a snack before my walk to keep me energized but now I haven’t even gone for the stupid effing walk. I want to be better but my habits are still so shitty. I still routinely eat dinner at like 9 at night or sometimes not at all. Sometimes lately dinner has literally been crackers with peanut butter on them. :oops: I really really really need to change :th
