I would think at the 30 mark it goes to the one that guessed 9am
If it happened at :29 and before then it’s for the 8am

Let me tell you something about all of the stupid challenges and stuff. Good thing that I only just got started to get access to the internet, my first glance at the internet and I knew that it was a place to be cautious of. 8-year-olds aren't like that and they do the dance of stupid for the rest of their lives because of this.

Most of these kids doing it aren’t 8 year olds though at least from what I’ve seen. A lot of teens who should know better but then again their minds aren’t fully matured and developed till mid 20s so maybe not especially with peer pressure and social media
