Pea Salad
Jellied Cranberry (not from scratch)

Smoked Deviled Eggs
Smoked Spiral Cut Ham
Smoked Turkey Breast

Our family baker won't be here this year so for dessert we'll probably have some cookies from Kroger.

Thanksgiving is come and gone up here. But I made this today and I love it in the colder months so Imma pretend it counts

We might have to postpone Thanksgiving this year. The 4th Thursday in January seems doable.

I came back from vacation a couple days ago sick & I don’t seem to be getting any better. (I’m not getting worse either, so at least there’s that.)

I cant eat food that’s canned or heavily processed so Thanksgiving means cooking & baking for 3 days to eat a 15min meal. I can’t do it this year. I bought the pies & rolls which shaves off 2 whole days of work for me & I’m making instant mashed potatoes.

I will still need to hand make the cranberries & the stuffing, but cranberries are fun & easy to make & @FrankieDoodle has already made the bread for the stuffing.

I am considering still making a chocolate pecan pie that is a mega tradition here & can’t be bought at a store. Maybe DD3 can experiment making it?
