Yeah, the bantams all quit a couple months ago. The ameraucanas kept going the longest but started a hard molt in October.Sorry to laughyours on strike too???? Luckily I still have a nice stash of quail eggs but I expect they will be gone before Christmas

I used acookie cutter in the skillet and poured the egg into it. The egg came out so thick, I sliced it in half and it then fit the bread nicely.

The Korean style egg you describe almost sounds like a potatoes latke, but with cabbage instead of potato… What spices do you use?My regular egg sandwich with whipped cream bread…I should try to photograph a more Korean style. Instead of regular eggs, mix eggs and shredded cabbage together. Use a lot of cabbage and less eggs. Spread with ketchup and Mayo. Sprinkle the egg cabbage batter with sugar when done.
