Ended Official BYC Mini-Contest—The Great Egg Sandwich Challenge!

My regular egg sandwich with whipped cream bread…I should try to photograph a more Korean style. Instead of regular eggs, mix eggs and shredded cabbage together. Use a lot of cabbage and less eggs. Spread with ketchup and Mayo. Sprinkle the egg cabbage batter with sugar when done.

I'm trying to figure out what whipped creamed bread is first. Then I'll move on to the cabbage.

If it looks like a sandwich and has it invisible egg it counts.
If it doesn't I won't complain.

I care! And my egg won’t be invisible though. It looks more like fried chicken with egg and cheese on top.
