Lovely. And such a sweet face.

I read somewhere that the arts are the boldness left over from being a child. If you ask 10 five year olds to sing you a song or draw you a pictures, they'll take off and proudly show you what they can do. Ask that same group when they're adults, and they'll stammer, "Oh, I can't sing" or "I can't draw a straight line with a ruler" and not even try. The artists are the ones who retain the boldness, regardless of the depth of talent.

Thank you so much. That's my Degan boy. He was about five months in the photo.

He was snuggling with me in a chair with throw on my lap. One of my favorite pictures of him.

Stop the bus lady...that's not just a watercolor! You're an artist and I only wish you lived nearby so maybe you could teach me some things. I was actually holding a set of watercolor paints in my hands at the store last night, wishing I knew how to use them.

Of course, this might be a problem...
