OMG I have yet to have anything but java this morning! that just killed me it all looks so good!! Dont laugh but for the life of me I can not make a loaf of bread, a biscuit or anything yeasty.... I even failed with bread machines.... MC tried to help me with some good recipes and so did kristin and Benny but I am a failure. I have no clue what my issue is, it just dont happen, always gross stuff and wasted ingredients. Now you know why my goats love me so much, but sometimes they wont even eat it! I swore the last time I would never try again, well I bought the bread machine, tried four times and sent it along with my mother, she brought me fresh delish bread the next day. ughhhh I am such a failure with it, perhaps I love it way way too much and its a good thing.

It takes loads of practice (at least it did for me). I made a lot of doorstops before I got good at it. Had a bread machine for a short while and didn't like it. Part of the joy in bread baking for me is getting my hands down in that pillowy softness and kneading.

Once you find an easy recipe to master, it all becomes a lot more enjoyable. And encourages you to try other things!
