The old red and white Betty Crocker cookbook has a recipe for Angel Food cake that uses a dozen egg whites. It tastes a thousand times better than any store bought ones, and though I love to cook, it’s really not hard to make at all. Pets can dispose of all the yolks left over.
Angel food cake is great with fresh strawberries and home made whipped cream. 😁
You should add that recipe to the BYC article section!

After I fill my orders I donate to "The Bread of Life" in town. I just let them have 120 eggs. They boil and peel them, put them in a baggie with salt packet, and hand them out to the homeless.

I use them at home for making egg salad, deviled eggs, potato salad, BELT's (bacon, egg, lettuce, and tomato - This was named by my Granddaughter), and make egg or egg and ham sandwiches. I'm sure I use them for other things just can't remember at this time.

Thanks! Now I know what to do with all the egg whites left over when I use the yolks to make egg custard!

I think I must have a French soul. I can easily think of a dozen or more dishes I make that use eggs.

Breakfast eggs -- scrambled, fried, boiled, poached
Omelets
Waffles
"Dutch Baby" -- a type of Yorkshire pudding made from eggs, milk, and flour, served with syrup or sugar

Frittata
Yorkshire pudding
Chocolate, cheese, or plain souffle

Crepes, with a multitude of variations both sweet and savory. I also make a low-carb crepe lasagna with meat, cheese mixture, and vegetables with sauce between layers of crepe. Oh yummy!

Egg Custard / Creme Brulee / Creme Caramel

Flour-less chocolate cake
Angel food cake
Meringues
Swedish waffle cookies
Lemon or chocolate chiffon pie
Quiche
Chocolate mousse
Mayonnaise and other sauces
Egg salad
Cobb salad
Spinach salad
Eggs Florentine
Deviled eggs
French Crullers (donuts)
Traditional home-made pasta
Chinese Sweet and Sour soup
Egg Drop soup
Avgolemono (a Greek soup made with eggs, lemon juice, chicken broth, and rice)

There are so many ways to cook with eggs that they are the one ingredient I don't ever want to be without.
