I prefer Heinz sweet relish for it myself. It's creepy how neon it is, but no other relish tastes right to me.

Everybody has their "druthers," eh? My kids thought they hated egg salad until they tasted mine - I don't put mustard in it. Some people do! Eggs, versatile eggs! 😀

Haha I do mustard as well (but I love mustard in cooking, so no surprise there)! Always nice that even a simple dish can be tailored to all sorts of tastes.
