When I have an over abundance of eggs I donate them to "The Bread of Life".

During the shutdown for Coronavirus I gave them over 20 dozen. They come pick them up and bring their own cartons.

I, also, give eggs to friends and neighbors.

Oh bummer, sorry to hear about your back! Hope you are back on your feet soon. So do you have suggestions for extra eggs? Do you get a lot more than you can use?

I like to make egg salad, deviled eggs, and hard boiled eggs. I use them in potato salad.

She has a wonderful recipe for quiche. It is crustless.

You just use 1/2 cup cream, milk or half and half per egg and mix it all up, pour over your ingredients in a greased pie plate and bake. Super easy! I think it's at 350 until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. One of our favorites is smoked salmon, asparagus and cheese. Try any combo of ingredients that sound good.

other: I sell to regular customers via a community-supported-agriculture / veg box scheme. I add my cartons to their boxes and they leave the money in mine.

I have not heard of this way of selling eggs. Could you send me some information on this.

We give away to family & friends...also our dogs get raw eggs with meals. This year, I plan to try waterglassing...just have to find the hydrated lime. Not paying Amazon prices...local hardware stores don't always have it in stock. But excited to try it!

I am experimenting with whole-egg preservation methods, starting with slaked lime. We get snowed/iced in, in winter (really bad gravel driveway, going uphill from the house, lol), and the driveway washes out badly, in heavy rains. So, we are looking for ways to ensure we don't get caught off guard, without food & supplies, especially in winter, when egg production (and the goats' milk production) tend to drop.

Oh my goodness, I think it’s tricky when we have 18 or more!!!!
Do you have passing traffic, put out a cool box with eggs in , a container labelled donations and empty cardboard egg trays for 6 eggs , make a sign and ask for donation for eggs
If no one passes by then neighbours? Always happy to receive eggs from us 18 at a time and they reciprocate with veg and fruit
Freezing after whipping into a bowl? Or feeding back to your chickens !
