We have about 60 free range hens on any given day, can't seem to keep track, LOL. A bachelor pen that we keep 14 roosters & 4 drakes in, for eating purposes. 3 geese, 12 ducks, with one pom pom head white duck sitting on 9 eggs, her first nest. 12 guineas and 4 Gingers (one cock and 3 hens). for a grand total of 109 feathered friends. Their friends include 1, 1/2 duroc 1/2 (wild) razorback female pig named Charlotte, 3 alpine milk goats a Mama named Gretchen and twin daughters named Bandie and Blackie, 1 paint horse name Azreal, and one female mule named Sara, these girls are the best of friends.
If we are only counting chickens and not our other feathered friends, then we have 78 chickens.
