Official BYC Poll: How many chickens do you have?

I have ten at the moment but it might go down to eight because two of my chicks are possible roosters.... since we live in town, we can't have them without disrupting our neighbors.

I have 2 each of the following: RIR, Americana, and Buff Orpingtons. I want to add some white and black Jersey Giants, anorher Americana, and a couple other colorful hens. However, due to local ordinances, I can only keep six :-( Maybe I can say I an chicken sitting! LOL!

I have 9 young chickens and 4 hens(1,silkie,2 Anconas,1 Dutch bantam,1 Rhode Island Red,1 Cornish, 2 lamonas,and 1 Australorp)some of my chickens have breeds I can't find info about.two of my hens have gray and white feathers and one with brown feathers on her first half of the body and one with brown and light brown feathers and some black around her tail feathers

Maybe you could get your ordinances changed, boy you can sure tell non chicken people huh

I live in a different neighborhood besides my chickens aren't bothering people who live in my neighborhood.the ordinances only said hens
