Official BYC Poll: How many chickens do you have?

We have 22 including our 5 turkeys

5 warrens, 2 jersey giants, 1 buff cockerel (who needs some lady friends), 2 copper blue marans, 5 chocolate wyandotte bantam hens and 1 chocolate wyandotte bantam roo and so far one copper blue maran hatchedm the incubator with maybe more to follow!

Our family has 26 adult hens- mix of B.O.'s, sex-linked Blacks, and Americauna's. 1 B.O. rooster (Rosco P. Coltrain

) We also hatched out a total of 32 chicks this summer- now ranging in age from 5 weeks old to 9 weeks old, it's been so much fun!

We have 3 Barred Rock Hens, 1 Australorp, and 6 Pekin Bantums. We just got the Pekins a few weeks ago. My little man loves to give them their treats and watch them. 10 is just the right number for us.

Original goal was 3 hens, but quickly realized I wanted a larger chick family. I have eight: 2 BR hens, 1 Cuckoo Maran hen, 1 SLW hen, 1 salmon flavorelle hen, 1 RIR hen, 1 speckled sussex roo and 1 white Silkie who's keeping a gender secret. If I only had a larger yard...

i have got a 40 chicken in total to be exact and i am very fond of them!

I've just reserved 3 cream legbar chicks! So I'm going from 9 hens a rooster and 3 ducks to another 3 hens! That's without my 5 rabbits 2 guinea pigs and 5 cats!
