It still is! I deleted my post. I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have even responded. :oops: And I’ve already been being different. I had veggies, fruit, cheese, and PB for my meal today instead of a sub 🤷‍♀️

I wasn’t here to read that post but by the looks of it I didn’t miss anything.

you did awesome on your food choices. I ate the cheese pizza said I was but I didn’t overstuff myself so those are some points for me.

I still need around 5k steps. Thankfully it’s only 5:30 here

I think I broke my Fitbit earlier or something cause it doesn’t seem to be counting properly now! :barnie

I wish I could say the same. I started with some celery with cream cheese and then ended up with grilled cheese and creamy tomato soup. 🤦‍♀️ Should have skipped that celery! :lau

If you think you added too much water submerge it in some dry rice.

Did you double check to make sure it’s not counting the steps?

and from a physics stand point (pun enforced)
walking is basically a controlled, continuous falling, without ever actually hitting the ground with your face.
the older I get the more often I miss that last part. :lau

I had grilled cheese and tomato soup the other day! I actually had it two days but the first one I didn’t have soup or ham in the sandwich 😂🤣 I think it is a grilled cheese week cause I know a couple other people had it too 😂🤣

Well, I’m not sure cause it seems to be counting some but it just seems really low for what I did today! And also usually my phone is at least 1,000 to 2,000 sometimes more behind the Fitbit but today it is less than 500 so :confused:
 
I’ve got the usual get in shape/eat better ones. But my major one is to maintain a around 13,000 square foot garden. This will provide a us with more than a enough for us for a year and plenty to give away! We had a 10,000 square foot one in 2020 and managed to maintain most of it and only a few areas got really out of hand but we want to expand this year.
