I've had a few situations with loose hunting dogs getting on my property, they're a threat to all my animals so they're taken care of immediately... Some of my absolute worst predators have been foxes though. Stone martens have definitely taken quite a few though. I've trapped almost every marten in my area though and the fixes can't get up the trees to where my birds roost at night

We say stone marten too in the Netherlands , but most English speaking people dont use that name. In general the name is beech marten;

For me, coons are the most damaging, but skunks are so common they are a much greater threat. possums dont bother the chickens, they just steal the cat food. never been bothered by foxes or weasels or the like, coyotes keep thier distance due to some mass hunting a few years back
once had an owl attack, but I managed a wild rifle hipfire quickdraw on him, credit to Jesus I guess, shot off his wing, and ive never seen an owl since.
I have totally 100% legally shot at plenty of hawks and vultures, that has prevented them getting closer than a tree 50 feet away, never had one actually attack

the only predator that’s messed with my flock has been a FOX!!! Took out half of my birds… I was crazy depressed. I hate them now. We don’t even get that many fixes but it only took one. Now we have a nice fence but I always worry about my birds now

The only ones I worry about where I am are loose dogs, but when I lived somewhere else, there were minks and they were horrible. They would kill a bunch of birds, but not eat them. And they can squeeze through tiny holes!

We’re really lucky that the (not domesticated anyway) predators here always have enough voles to eat.
