Eggs do stink.
I easily get grossed out by meat, dairy, etc. And honestly its half and half for me, on one hand, i wouldnt be sad knowing i know the chickens have a good life and arent in bad environments for the eggs, but the other is just me being grossed out haha.

Merry Christmas

They are my pets and we also love not having to buy eggs anymore! We actually have more than enough now and sell them too! I find whenever I need to just take a break, my chickens are always happy to hang out. 😊They brighten my day when I see them tearing across the yard off on some chicken adventure.

I have just one rooster a blue marans I call Smudge he is almost 4. There is young cockerel Silkie .. He has a throttled choke he can do has not really learned yet.
There are two up there I hatched was sure a cockerel barred rock and White pullet with one black spot.
Almost half wondering if the barred is a pullet now ?
