The big one is from last week. The morels were only growing from wood piles where they had some extra warmth and protection though...none from ground, it's been a little too cold at night still.
Ground needs to be 50 to like 55 degrees for the elusive beauties to fruit.
Brown ones are from last year.

• Post your pictures in this thread!
• Please post your entries separately, rather than uploading several images in the same post.
• All entries must be entered by May 31st at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

Contest rules:

1. All entries must be submitted/posted to this thread.
2. Three entries per member (an entry is one picture per post).
3. You cannot use a photo that won an award in any other BYC sponsored contest.
4. The picture needs to have been taken by you.
5. No overly-edited images—basic editing such as cropping and other subtle changes are allowed.
6. No watermarks, date stamps, text, etc. on the picture.
7. Extra consideration for picture quality and creativity!
8. ALL pictures MUST be uploaded to BYC and not hosted on other image sites, personal websites, etc.
9. Open to all BYC members. Staff & VPMs may enter for fun but are not eligible for prizes.
10. Prizes are limited to one per person per contest.
11. All BYC rules apply: Terms of Service (Rules)
12. Entries will be accepted until May 31st at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

First Place	$30 BYC Store Gift Certificate or a 6-month PFM ($35 value) for yourself or a friend.
Second Place	$15 BYC Store Gift Certificate or a 3-month PFM ($20 value) for yourself or a friend.
Third Place	$15 BYC Store Gift Certificate or a 3-month PFM ($20 value) for yourself or a friend.

BYC Store Gift Certificates are available to winners that reside in the United States. If the winners are outside of the United States, they will be awarded the PFM.
